This breading machine is designed to crush oil cakes (residual solids after pressing) into granules, making them easier to store, reuse, or further process. It is a supporting equipment for various types of hydraulic oil press machines.

Working Principle
The residual oil cakes are fed into the crushing chamber after pressing. High-speed rotating hammers repeatedly strike and crush the materials. Once crushed, the small particles pass through the bottom screen mesh and exit through the bottom outlet.

Precautions
- Check all connection bolts regularly. Tighten or replace if loose or damaged. Use high-strength bolts and nuts of the same specification.
- Ensure three-phase power is fully connected. Operating with a missing phase will burn the motor (not covered under warranty).
- Monitor the machine for any abnormal operation. If found, shut down immediately and inspect.
- Do not perform maintenance while the machine is running at high speed.
- Never insert hands or limbs into the machine during operation to prevent injury.
- Do not feed metal or hard materials such as iron into the crusher.
- Max cake block diameter: ≤ 500 mm
