Working Principle
The oilseed cake (residue after pressing) is fed into the crushing chamber, where it is struck repeatedly by fast-rotating hammer blades. The crushed material passes through the screen mesh at the bottom, and uniformly sized particles are discharged.

Precautions
- Check and tighten all bolts before operation; replace damaged ones with high-strength bolts of the same size.
- Ensure all three-phase wires are properly connected. Running on two phases will damage the motor (not covered by warranty).
- During operation, monitor for abnormal sounds or vibrations and stop immediately for inspection if any occur.
- Do not perform maintenance while the machine is in operation.
- Never insert hands or tools into the machine while it is running.
- Do not crush metal or foreign materials to avoid equipment damage.
- Maximum cake block diameter: ≤ 500mm
